Power Barre is a 21-day workout program that takes the best of barre and fuses it with strength training, high-intensity cardio, and resistance-based exercises to keep your mind and muscles guessing. These classes are fun, fresh, and seriously challenging — perfect for anyone who loves barre but wants to step up their workouts in a whole new way. This series is progressive, so you’ll amp up the sweat factor each week by adding in more varied workouts as well as stretching and mobility work to speed up your recovery. Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and slide your way to a stronger you.

Barre Strong this empowering 7-day program is designed to push you to your max effort for fast results you’ll see and feel. You’ll move to the music with six targeted barre classes and one total-body class that will build deep strength in every area of your body. These workouts are stackable with one another, great as a stand alone quickie, and work well as an add-on to cardio based work.
